I've had the same problem. Mailed him last week to say I was lodging a 'paypal' claim - email received to say full refund on it's way. It's pending as paypal tell me he doesn't have enough cash in his account and they have to claim it from his bank account. Does this affect any claim I may have as I've not issued a paypal claim yet and it's coming up to the 45 day time limit? which could be a problem if it takes a week or so to get the funds! Without asking Tim direct, the only person who will know is the buyer ( that's if Anglo got a bid on it!) as the final prices are not disclosed and the auction simply 'disappears' from your screen at 2pm

Waiting for a parcel from the States for which I paid by paypal via credit card ( it was bought outside ebay) but as a seller the guy has 100% feedback for 500+ items. He was supposed to send registered airmail but says he has misplaced the tracking number. It's just over 3 weeks since I paid - am I getting paranoid about not receiving yet ( I know there has been some correspondence on here about late parcels from the States) and I have today received a couple posted only last week! Is there a time limit on putting a claim in or should I hang on? ( not saying the seller is dodgy, just need to know my rights. Any help greatly appreciated. TIA Julian

Used to own an 'emidisc' machine (seem to think I bought it off Jeff King of soul sounds fame!) Used to cut them to 'order' - a pal of mine 'Twink' then sold them at Wigan etc - I had 'retired' from the scene at the time, but had the original 45s to cut from! Think we sold them for a fiver each ( the blanks were 50p - more expensive than a single at the time, therefore you couldn't boot the top 20 Seem to remember we had to record the music onto a reel to reel tape before 'cutting' I believe Chris King owns a 'collection' of emidisc machines. Sold a US original a couple of months ago to someone on here for £40. Original is on vinyl.

This was pressed up by Brunswick with both titles on the B side - ie Nothing but blue skies and Nothing but heartaches. Pricewise they are both about the same £10 -£15. Imagine the scene. 1970 and you get a copy of Sweetest Feeling from the States and you flip it over - needless to say I played both sides that weekend at Lord Jims in Huddersfield Julian
