    Thanks all! So is it fair to say that UK was better to cover the soul music scene? UK has always been very interested in soul music since the start of it, and I've read through all numbers of Blues & Soul from 1970 to 1973, and all Black Music from 1973 to 1975 and they really do their job!

    Black Music did have journalists in US and it was also sold there, so in a way it's also a US magazine.

    My source is the discographies on the web and R&B Indies. I do not have access to the copyright books and I understand the time that will take. My master thesis is based on the 45s with complete info so it's not that important. Thanks anyway Bob!
