Hi Karl Ive noticed quite a few bids from Norway Finland , and a few from Sweden over the years , but I guess it only takes about 50 people or less who want the record , to really push it up . the Japan bids are usually sniped so they are winning and bidding high . That's interesting. I've only got info on the London Mod scene. I always thought it had everything, probably the most fascinating youth culture for me. . Some of me mates still dress like Mods and play in a band called Voodoo Boiler , but that may have changed .

Yeah the two Mega records I metion would have bombed on the beach scene . Perhaps thats why they are hard . They both remind me of the very early Modern soul all niter scene , When Northern soul had its screaming unwanted child, which was eventually sent to its own room . A time of soulful disco , bass line southern state dancers (beach ,Steve Basset rocked) and even electro funk soul . Dam I might have to write a book about it . SImon M .
