  2. Hello everyone, I am looking for any 45's on Dave Hamilton's Sacred Sound Gospel Label under Demoristic Publishing, Recordings at TCB Studios. I recently discovered the gospel productions at TCB Studios. I never knew he had a gospel soul label!! Here is a list of the discography of what I have found so far. Some Scans are here too. If anyone has anything for sale or know of whereabouts for these please pm me. Open to any info regarding these artists if possible. I appreciate any kind of help. Enjoy the scans I have gathered too. Steven Dave Hamilton Sacred Sound, sometimes Sacred Sounds, (Partial?) 3. Does anybody know how to contact ebay seller Rpack Forest Red? I have sent an email through ebay and gotten no response. This is a scan of the record and the sellers name is in the image.
  4. Yes, some things will remain a mystery. I did send you over a short list of records I am after.
  5. Still Looking? anybody out there have any leads. Somebody in UK must have one laying around somewhere
  6. Hey there Stormcock, Thank you for your insight. I listened to the mildred track just now and I personally think they sound like different voices. Mildred's voice to me sounds much harsher even with the style of music production behind her. I am not doubting you at all, anything is possible you know... I really enjoy Dorothy's version of I've Waited So Long as well. I actually got away with paying only $15 for the (NM) Dorothy 45 and seen elsewhere online it going for over $100. Very pleased with my find. Aside from this record, there were just a few more I had questions about and maybe perhaps you have knowledge about them. I will send you a pm regarding the few other 45's.
  7. Does anybody have any background info about this group or label? I wonder if it is something to do with Saginaw Michigan but the labels address refers to Tennessee. I picked it up off of ebay recently for an incredible deal for the quality of music. Thank you for any info folks. Steven Here is a youtube link to a video to reference.
  8. I am greatful, thank you for your help Premium Stuff. Aside from this I am still hunting daily for JJ Barnes on Invasion Records. I wish I could find any audio or the record itself. Would you happen to know anything about this 45 release? Some records out there seem impossible to track down so that is why I reach out when ever I can.
  9. Hello, Does anyone here have a snippet of the 1965 song "Talkin' About Love" by Tobi Lark on Topper Records? This is the flip side of Happiness Is Here. Any audio samples would be great, thanks if you can help out. Steven
  10. The acetate record came from Robert West. I would say that it is possible that it is the Primettes. He did work with them on this unreleased track "Tears of Sorrow" recorded in 1960 by the Primettes. These Detroit artists really were a tight knit bunch, lots of dots connect in the 60's. I have an issue copy of jj with teenage queen and someone and this acetate sounds exactly the same. On the topic of a Mickay's record. I have a question for you Rob. Do you have any knowledge about these three rare Mickay's 45 cuts? L.B. Tully - Unknown Girl - Mickay's Records AP 7670 3011 - Big George - I Love You Yes I Do / Hi Ho Silver - 1963 AP 7669 - THE OTHER KIND - NO TIME TO LEND B/W CAN'T WAIT FOREVER I have these 45's in my collection. My Favorite label JJ Barnes - So Far Away JJ Barnes - Just One More Time, both pink labels JJ Barnes - Color Green / These Chains JJ Barnes - Lonely No More Orthea Barnes - Same as Before JJ Barnes - Teenage Queen (issue copy and now acquired the acetate) The Legends - Hideout Checkers - Cosmos Place Mel Anton - Love Is Born All of these are soooo spectacular!!
  11. Thank you Ricky, the details say it is at least 2016 so that helps. Appreciate the comment. I had recently listed a rose batiste 45 that was higher than the actual value and I don't want to be the guy known for phishing for high prices. I was told that people were stirred up about it. All the best Steven
  12. Hey everyone, looking to place a current value on this JT Rhythm on Palmer P5021. It is in Vg+ condition, little groove wear, few light marks, labels are pretty nice. Scans and audio samples are attached. Enjoy and thank you for any up to date quotes for this 45. Steven JT Rhythm Palmer 45 Side A, Side B.mp3

  14. Hey Paul thanks for your response, any chance you have a audio sample you could send me? I have been looking for some time now. I live in Westland the city right next to Inkster, which deepens my curiosity on the type of sound coming from that side... I was reading and found this image of the group.
