What a relief for me my friend found this Thread a couple of nights ago while I was round showing him my Green Hib Promo styrene copy of Luther Ingram - If it's all the same that came in the post from Hesperia California this week, he had looked through the John Manship books and no sign of my record existing even though I was confident mine looked real enough with the Monarch stamp and was hoping it was a rare format of the track, so Big Thanks to everyone who posted on this thread that's put my mind at rest. Special for me the record came from Hesperia as that's the City I imported my 1969 Dodge Coronet from in 2006 never imagined buying a record from there, pic of the Dodge from Portland Bill Dorset included with the Single.

  9. Most for me was a Black ABC issue copy of the Trends - Thanks For A Little Lovin paid £420 thinking I got a bargain for a rare record but then I got hit with import duty which put the final bill over 500.. Missus finally left me after that purchase....

  15. I unfortunately had to attend a Family Funeral today, what I didn't allow for was this Soul Masterpiece from Roberta Flack to be played during the service when as you can imagine you could have heard a pin drop, it was just to much for me to take....

  19. Never fails to move me this Awesome Tear Jerker from Ray Pollard as it builds up to the last few lyrics telling his sad story with that incredible powerful voice, this is Soul Music at it's very Best...
  20. I had The Harvey Averne Dozen Album arrive today from America, this was the only way I could afford to obtain Never Learned To Dance hopefully my friends will enjoy hearing it played out when my next do comes round....
