Meeting a guy called John Bollen from my hometown (Earby), who brought a case of records which I recorded on the old reel-to-reel tape recorder. Records included were : There's Nothing Else To Say - Incredibles, Major Lance -The Beat, Everybody Loves A Good Time, Edwin Starr - My Weakness Is You. It was a bit of an eyeopener for me. First records heard played out Jimmy Holiday - Baby Boy's In Love, Edwin Starr - Backstreet. Blackpool Mecca Highland Room (1970).

Hi All, Trying to find another format for this one. Heard it at Heywood Civic recently, could have even been the `B' side. Me thinks the vinyl copy is a tad hard to find?

No it's a bit beat up that's why we've agreed on the price. I know it's a £200 to £300 record, but at the end of the day it's how much someone is prepared to pay for what they want.
-
I put one up for sale weeks ago on this site, but alas no offers!! I've now got someone interested and is paying £140 for it hopefully!! watch this space, you never know he may give backward.
