  7. Nice record! Got this one myself on a d,J. copy. Someone should buy it!
  8. I need your email address as this site doesn't like excel. I'm not a dealer though just an old soulie selling off a chunk of records (but still buying one or two). The list is mainly 60's stuff though and there are no prices against them, but I know what I want for each. Best, Ian
  9. That's it no commission due this time but next time..... LOL. Good luck. If you buy anything I Have a large list of items on a spreadsheet? Best, Ian
  10. Just tried it again but is bringing up my sales page. If you go to your sales page, I usually click onto seller I/d and then items for sale page and then cut/paste the link. Try again. Best, Ian

  13. Cheers Dave, I knew someone would know it. not that I'm going to bid on it. A Tad high for my meagre purse. Just looked in Manships £20, perhaps someone should enlighten the bidders.
  14. Anyone out there know you the artist is on this one??? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350811839859?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
  15. Hi Pete, A challenge for you then, if you can find it I might even buy something off you LOL. Ian
  16. If you wouldn't mind Pete, I could then maybe get a vinyl carver of it. Best, Ian
  17. “River Deep Mountain High” Instrumental Does any enlightened member out there know if there is a vinyl recording of the actual backing track to this record. I’m sure I heard it played out an all-nighter in Leeds in 1974 (what a memory senile dementia has not quiet set in yet). I know about the Les McCann version which doesn’t compare with the Ike & Tina version. I’m a bit of a sucker for instrumentals and must say I’m a bit of loss on this one. Maybe it’s just my imagination. Best, Ian
  18. Here you go, one on ebay this morning and it didn't sell make him/her an offer. It looks in mint condition as well. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251287008636?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Best, Ian

  22. That's the problem with opening a soul night event. We split our d.j. spots into 30 minute sessions which has a few benefits i.e. the d.j's get to play a few spots during the night and less chatter in between records which I think is a pain in the arse. Keeps them on their toes as well.
  23. Yes Jeff, Really enjoyed the place and he didn't overkill the place about 4/5 events per year. I suppose it will help with your nights over at Wetherby? Pity your next one clashes with Bridlington but we will be over to your one after.
  24. Does anyone out there know if this event is still going? The last one was cancelled I believe?
