    the FIRST Sunday of each month at our fabulous venue DENTON WEST END SOCIAL CLUB , 53 GROSVENOR ST , DENTON , MANCHESTER, M34 3WN Music Policy for this monthly event, - Northern Soul, some Motown, a few Modern, a few Classics like Old Wheel sounds , Sixties club soul classics , R n B , forgotten oldies , plus a few youth club favourites too, so quite a mixture! 5 hours of wonderful music for just £5 door entry , massive free side entry car park ( enter the club here and walk through the small lounge to the concert room, just follow the music ) and several very convenient bus stops are close by. The venue is only a few miles from the city centre.) the Stagecoach 201 ( or 202 when available ) bus service can drop you off either on Manchester Road, (round the corner) opposite Churchgate (Millgate) Surgery and Christ Church) if coming from Manchester Piccadilly , ( from just outside the Piccadilly Tavern. ), or just past the traffic lights at the Christ Church / Seymour Street junction if coming from Hyde or Denton or Haughton Green The club is less than 5 minutes from any of the nearby bus stops (201 or 347) and less than 10 minutes walk from Crown Point or the C P N Shopping Centre, The local buses 335 & 344 also have stops nearby too. The club is just off Seymour St near Carmel church. The venue also has a huge free car park on the side with very easy access from Seymour Street onto Grosvenor Street , or from Taylor Lane, plus from the A57 Manchester Road too ( near Christ church) If coming by car from Denton Rock roundabout (M60 or Hyde Road) , choose the local A road past Malbern and Pugbitz, ( not the M67 Motorway to Hyde ). and turn left at the lights onto Seymour St and then take the first right onto Grosvenor St, then right again into the large free car park If coming from Hyde or from Bredbury , head for Manchester from Crown point crossroads, turn right just after Christ Church , then right again we thank you for your custom and look forward to seeing old faces and many new ones too , all are welcome as we are a friendly bunch, so do say Hello ( did I mention that it's STRICTLY a NO TALC POLICY for this club ? , Flat sole shoes are also recommended, Thank you for your cooperation ) regards from Brian , Kevin , Pete & Dennis , plus Vicky on the door
