Bit late getting this posted due to trying to separate the few pics I had taken of Sunday's get together at SOUL TIME @ HAZEL GROVE BUT! it's not going to happen - my phone is being stupid again - luck has it that Jayne had made one of great vid/s, ON F/BOOK - Thankyou Jayne. We had a few more new faces, brill! + our (getting bigger) regulars, together they made a sweet soul music afternoon - dance floor was well used through-out. Another great afternoon on Sunday 24th at SOUL TIME @ HAZEL GROVE SOCIAL CLUB Thanks to all the familiar faces and also the many new 'soulies' - we really appreciate all your support. As usual good music, great dancing and a full dance floor which created a fantastic atmosphere. Jayne was on the go making the video's/pics - Thank You! Many thanks to the ladies on the door - Jill & Vicky always greeting our guests with a smile - Brian, Kev and myself doing our best to keep the dancers happy. Another great afternoon at SOUL TIME @ HAZEL GROVE SOCIAL CLUB 'old' faces and also many new ones, thanks to you all for making it a fantastic day. The atmosphere, the dancing and of course the sounds made it a special day for everyone who came. SOUL TIME @ HAZEL GROVE SOCIAL CLUB - 28th MAY - WOW! THAT WAS A HOT ONE Slow start to begin with but on the right track by 4ish - Brian warmed em' up, I think my next set kept em' going with some classic's and Kev kept em' wondering where the next stunning sound was taking them, all in all a brilliant afternoon with happy smiling faces on the floor and seated and 3 sets each and a final 30 mins trying to beat each other for the best sound! Oh yes it was also somebodies birthday - guess who. A few pics below which I got my old phone to do, thanks again to Jayne West who took some great pics/video which are on facebook. Big Thankyou to All who turned up at SOUL TIME @ HAZEL GROVE SOCIAL CLUB Slowly but surely was the key this Sunday, once Brian had finished his first set those dancing feet were pounding the floor leaving me to play some classics for half an hour and then pass over to Kev who played some stunning tunes which set the afternoon well on the way to another brilliant five hours of music. I managed to get a few pics and Jayne took the usual great pics/video’s, thanks again Jayne. WHAT A DAY, WHAT A DAY, WHAT A DAY! Sounds like the beginning of a song but really it was our soulies who were singing, dancing, smiling and enjoying the wonderful atmosphere at SOUL TIME @ HAZEL GROVE SOCIAL CLUB. We had some more new face's and along with our regular soulies the floor was packed. Brian, Kev and myself kept the spinning vinyl going and as usual Jill & Vicky welcomed people into our newly decorated room ( work in progress ) Nearly forgot, Thanks to Jayne West for all the pics & movies - I did manage a few pics myself this time below hopefully.
