  1. It's easy enough to find , I just wasn't pandering to another too lazy to look for themselves.
  2. Nothing to delete fella , it's a list of great tunes that have had me bounding for that hallowed basement floor on a regular basis. Darrow Fletcher is one of the greatest finds of the recent era in my humble opinion. No point trying to converse with such negativity mate.
  3. Yes but I'm not posting it , you'd best make the trip up to the "True Soul Weekender" to here it played out ...
  4. And that's what makes it a proper old school 'big' niter sound in my book , rare as the proverbial and a tune you have to travel to hear played out ...
  5. "International IV - Equal Love" on DIANE , monster tune for Colin Law ...
  6. Half a dozen milk crates and an old flush door would be fine ...
  7. Gabriel's weak pop song that's basically MG's Grapevine sampled and watered down with a few tweaks and a couple of handclaps chucked in for good measure ...
  8. Time and place for everything to shine , but for a 'northern soul' or 'soul' night it's just barrel-scraping.
  9. Tedious , extremely repetetive , sleep-inducing ... northern soul it'll never be fella ... Would Martin play it , I would hope not , he's got much better taste ...
  10. It's not Lee stating the legality but Sweep222 that I suspect is his old chap Steve ...
  11. A year on almost to the hour my Scissor Bee cloud has returned to the myriad of holes in the oak porch bathed in evening sunshine ... Grabbed a short video clip with the EOS 2000D and the Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2x Ultra Macro APO Lens . The still frame is for scale ...
  12. And all the better it was for the dark surroundings , folks pupils were too big back then for bright lights ...
  13. Thirty years ago , how time flies ... Great venue , great crowd , great line-ups , great niters.
  14. It'll be interesting to see how many of these youngsters are still out and about doing 'it' when they're in their sixties and beyond having done 'it' for 40, 50, or 60 years ... Hopefully they've caught the bug that gripped most of us on here through hearing the music rather than just hopping on the latest trendy bandwagon they've seen on the telly.
  15. Such was the clear blue sky and very good seeing this morning I decided to try an animation of the active region that's grown so much this week . I captured 45 short 2100 frame videos between 08:30 and 10:30 and stacked the best 200 frames from each video to get 45 frames that I then cropped down and made into a .gif. Very happy to see a lot of motion in the penumbra between the two main spots in the region.
  16. A week in the life of a very active Sun , 16th to 20th June 2024.
  17. Happy Solstice everyone , glorious cloudless blue here first thing and seeing decent enough to let me in close ...
  18. Yet not a mention of the 100 Club bar an "etc" ...

  20. Cheers Guv ...
  21. Hi Mike , It's working OK if I change the setting to "Expanded" but it's in the "Condensed" setting that I've used for a decade now that it's gone awry ...
  22. Another bug on the Activity stream here Mike. I scroll down through the first page no problem , but when I hit the "Load more activity" box to load the next page it's jumping from about six hours worth straight back to May 1st's activity and nothing inbetween ... ?
  23. A nice visit from one of my favourites on her way home to the IWM Duxford ...
