A few of the dances Mods will knock their socks off in London as shown by the late great Patrick Kerr on Mirabelle magazine in 1964.

According to the book King Mod by Steve Turner, Sandra Lane—later known as Sandra Blackstone—disappeared without a trace in 1966, soon after the closure of The Scene Club, presumably moving to America to start a new life. I know it's not much help, but it's a start. You can also see two pictures of Sandra in the book. https://www.amazon.co.uk/King-Mod-Meaden-Making-Subculture/dp/191273351X/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=9EIAUOAO2IJJ&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.pwsUApVwSkVb74ix8D6wLQ.MGGkpjX_egfbqayL1gYh6Yiyxw3PXNz2KH6hoLKGOvY&dib_tag=se&keywords=king+mod+peter+meaden&qid=1739642650&sprefix=king+mod%2Caps%2C120&sr=8-1

Joe Bataan - What good is a castle (Pt. 2) - Fania Pretty cool and soulful sound.
-
Tommy Tucker - Oh what a feeling (UK London)
-
Larry Williams with Johnny Guitar Watson and the Stormsville Shakers - Sweet little baby (UK Decca)
-
I just got to say I love this: Laurel Aitken - Sweet precious love (UK Rainbow) UK only as far as I know unless a jamaican issue do exist which I doubt. UK production yes, but it's Soul in my book.
-
That Jimmy James (Hungary EP) plays a totally (poorer) different take of "I feel alright" than UK Piccadilly. The jamaican release can not say which take does play.

I just came across this Pete Meaden pic I had never seen before with Pete Townshend. It has to be late 70s not long before his tragic death. -

May I ask why are there two Ronnie Milsap's takes on "Ain't no soul"? One is rawer without Hammond during the song (only the intro) and the other with Hammond notes during the whole song my UK Pye International issue plays the sparse production i.e. no Hammond. Thanks!
