    January and already a 2023 highlight ! No evidence of frugal times /cost of living economies at Movin’…it was sky high quality from the venue and residents Mike , John & Dave mixing it up brilliantly with their choices and then a smiling Fred Benson delivering his specialities - one of the very best from anyone anywhere and hoping he’ll share his playlist of the original vinyl he played which most of us can only dream about owning … Even better , the Ivory sound system is one of the few that really does justice to vinyl - hi-fi quality … Looking forward - Sunday 12th March is another not to be missed and rather special one at Movin’… it’s their 5th Anniversary Special with Mark (Big Daddy ) Bicknell guesting.

    Take a deserved bow Mick Howard . Well thought out and delivered . Right record, right time with great choice including reviving some of those modern classics . Enjoyed your sets immensely and also reminded me of a long forgotten ‘ want’ - Collen & Webb , which I’ve now sorted.
