    I must say the picture looks too grey in the head and shoulders to convince me, I have never flown a honey buzzard to the fist or been that close to one, but as a youngster I had a buzzard that I used to fly and there was no grey in his colouring at all. Cornwall and the Scilly's are renowned for having birds that get blown off course, so it could be an unexpected species as both you and I think.

    There's some fabulous tunes about, you just need to be in the right mind set when you first hear them, and then take a risk.

    Last one from me for tonight as I have to walk the dog, and it's raining, not that that is a problem, just a rarity here. One I may take to Hitsville in September for the last day.

    I've owned it for years Peter and had completely forgotten about it, just going through some old email recently and there it was, so I looked it up on YouTube, and I've listened to it everyday since.

    Isn't Lady Sunshine on the flip on Bell? I agree with you there, both records could have been improved with a stronger vocal lead. "I've got soul" is weird hippie funk, strange as hell, the flute is too much, by far.

    They have a pair of painted bunting at the butterfly park at Benalmadena just up the road from me, I'll have to go there again sometime.

    No Steve, it's a southern US bird, a very colourful one, I would like to see an indigo bunting too, but whilst in Minnesota I never saw one. These aren't my pictures bytheway.
