    Main reasons i'm saying it's a sham can be seen in 1 of my earlier posts on this thread (no 121) Not only that - only yesterday the Government issued guidelines for the police to only caution teenagers smoking cannabis. Take drugs & get away with it or smoke a fag & get fined & also get the bar owner fined as well, not a sham? Like i said earlier why don't they just make the sale of tobacco products illegal if theyr'e so against it?

    Might be the 1st boot from the soul scene but it's been going on for ages off the soul scene. Got a big Jazz collection stored away & there are some 78 rpm bootlegs in it from the 2nd world war as vinyl just didn't get into the country. Not got a scanner but will try to get some pics of them posted up off my camera later.

Can see another farce developing like the so called foxhunting ban when somebody finds a loophole in it. An irate smoking ex labour voter
