Probably me living in the past. Got my 1st copy given to me by the late Nev Wherry for my 18th birthday (top man, still sadly missed). Still got it & treasure it to this day. Paid a tenner for my 2nd copy about 5 years ago. Might be the right time to part with it, would never sell the copy i got off Nev though at any price.

Thought everybody knew to only order food in Strads when Croftys mother was working.

Hey up Danny, good to see ya on here, great days indeed at turn ups, clifton etc. Noticed how all the best venues round that time were ran by Adrian & Crofty. Remember the night turn ups (nether edge) flooded & the dancefloor was 1" deep in water in the modern room, didn't stop us dancin though! Adrians still about on the scene & helps us run our 'modernism' night in Rotherham. If your'e wondering who i am with the dodgy nickname its Martin Dixon. Hi Pete, tough one to price that. Most people want the 7". Got a uk 7" on underworld spare as i've just been given a uk underworld 12" test press. Think the uk 7" is the rarest. Think the best advice is to let Manship auction it. ps, not forgot your cd, it's just that im having probs with my comp at the moment (cant get recording level down). Even had to type this with on screen keypad..

Has anyone got an mp3 of James Bynum "love music". Had it for years on a tape & you guessed it, bloody tape recorder just chewed it up. It used to be a big tune for Poke at Clifton Hall in the early 80s Any info would really be appreciated.

Yes it was atlantic. Seems yhey released it in every country imaginable. Came out on a 7" in USA, UK, Jamacia, a couple of places in Europe and i seem to remember seeing an Aussie copy recently. Think i saw a copy for sale on soul source recently for 20 quid but fetching up to a ton due to current demand. Also available on an expansion cd, soul chasers volume 2.

Funny thing is you see more real copies than you see boots (if you can tell them apart). Talk about walking through minefields. Think if it was me i'd just buy it, great record...

Still waiting for mine, ordered it last saturday & had comfirmation off gemm that its been shipped but thats happened before & i aint recieved stuff, Family of eve off some french guy recently springs to mind for me. Im sure we can trust Tim Brown & Martin Koppel though cant we?
