having a clearout and came across load of betamax vids, including Soul Train # 1 through to 26. anyone interested? my beta player plays but only fast forward/rewinds whilst playing so very slow, last time i used it anyway, long time ago. cheers steve ps did these ever get sorted to dvd or are they still blocked, would have liked set on dvd

just got this from Tracey and Andy: STATEMENT We are in the process of issuing all refunds and all REFUNDS will be given in FULL....... The delay in refunds and result of bounced cheques are due to the company who were supplying the sound equipment/instruments etc charged us a very large cancellation fee which they took from the account via a holding cheque hence sending the account into negative funds.......... We are in the process of having this money returned and refunds will be back on track..... Sorry for any delay and disruption........ got to say, this is the record along with "Real Humdinger" that got me into soul. was still at school and a mate put me these onto a tape, along with Maytals' - Monkey Man and 645 46 or summat ;-) never looked back. Al Kent still does it for me though. steve ......................................... havin gone through e bay for months and months lookin for soul, got a mint copy of al kent the way you been acting lately i paid $10 for a record what i thought was maybe £20.00. but im sure after trawlin e bay ive seen this record go for around £100.im not %100 and i maybe wrong can any one advise

used to bid on some of these a few years back when the guy was selling them on ebay. never got any of the multi coloured ones from him, did pick up a donna summer - "hostage" from him though, something i wouldn't have thought would have been released in Lebanon. cheers steve
