  1. Excellent, very funny, love the Robert Palladino dedication at the end..
  2. Looking for a clean copy VG++ minimum at a reasonable price. PM me please ! Cheers Pete
  3. Brilliant stuff Chalky!! Some great memories rekindled through the posters, Nighters remembered and some forgotten! I must admit the night I DJ'd at the Fourbeat Allnighter in Manchester is not one I remember well, I think the 5-a-side football and Table Tennis would have left an indelible impression but unfortunately not! Rob Marriot's Soul Power All nighters in 1987 at the Swan in Mansfield however I remember well, absolutely blinding venue with Butch, Keb Darge, Guy Hennigan and Rich Broughton playing with tfk Andy Whitmore and myself providing the modern stuff. Really worthwhile exercise Chalky and it proves how vibrant the scene was in the post Wigan 80's in places like Dunstable, Hull, London, Leicester, Stafford, Blackburn with not a f'**kin' handbag in sight! Cheers mate Pete
  4. Dear Mr May, Please continue with the f**ckin' blinding cross section of quality tunes you're promoting at your intimate venue. Just picked up on this thread and it's like you've nicked my record box but added some much needed funk.. I hope to get across soon. Missing the madness..and especially Spaceark. Cheers bud Pete x
  5. Think you're right Gene , I was letting an old mate from Leicester know that it's the same tune.. Did you get sorted Phil?
  6. Hi Phil, I've seen Younghearts on ebay today , it's not great condition but sounds like it plays ok. New Young Hearts 'a Little Togetherness' it's the Soultown release-same track but maybe even rarer original. https://www.ebay.com/itm/NORTHERN-SOUL-NEW-YOUNG-HEARTS-A-LITTLE-TOGETHERNESS-SOULTOWN-LISTEN-/350899060573?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item51b336bf5d Cheers Pete
  7. Hi Jonathan, did you get sorted? Unfortunately sold my Capreez a while back..the one above is 100% a 70's boot. Talk soon? Pete
  8. Anyone out there with a copy? It's rare but not that rare!
  9. PM'd you! Great list, will see if there's any others I'd like. Cheers Pete
  10. Will take a VG+ copy if there's one out there.. Thanks! Pete
  11. Hi John Yes the release number is 2414-S. It's the b-side of 'Cuttin' it Up'. I'd go with your theory of a poorly promoted and distributed release hence it's relative rarity.
  12. ''Johnny's Gone to Vietnam" Cal Green on Mutt & Jeff Tough instrumental...
  13. The 7" is extremely rare. Anyone know the going rate for the 12" version?
  14. Looking for a clean copy of the Soul Superiors 'Your Love is super Good' 45 on Rhythm. Must be a minimum VG++. PM with reasonable price please! Cheers Pete
  15. I'm not sure of the value. I do know it's a much rarer 45 than people think. Any ideas? If you check their discography it's not listed as a 45, maybe it was withdrawn? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L.T.D.
  16. PM'd you regarding a 45. Pete
  17. About £350 Circa £350 today I reckon...
  18. I reckon the Curtis Liggins Indications was a good buy as well, even with the Numera reissue out there. Great 45 and rare..
  19. onwards and upwards Chris.. did you find the Keni C 12 mate?
  20. Hi Phil, I'm new on here but saw your post.. did you trade the Continental Showstoppers or do you still have it? Cheers Pete
  21. Hi Dave, I'm new on here, what do you need to download to play the clips? Cheers Pete
