Top of the class on this release from Soul Junction Records. Love these non released at the time of production tunes -but who would have guessed a full unissued vinyl album by Vince Broomfieldand his Audio.... awesome stuff -keep the sterling work up Soul Junction records. I go along with Marks choice in favourite tracks:- My Girl, I Need Your Kisses, and Rain Rain Go Away. But have got to say another great album that you just pop the neddle on[turn the volume up] and away you go- Enjoy Vince Broomfield aka AUDIO This whole LP comes highly recommended,i have to put this along with the Bill Spoon album of 2 of the great finds and releases for 2011 ktf tfk

Great thread re Violet May....fond memories of the 70s and early 80 out all nightering then off to her shop to see what was on the shelves-always a great shop to visit and pull those odd ball tunes...yes Violet was one of Sheffields true greats...mmm not sure what she made of us lot hanging about outside her shop waiting for it to open...great times and a great influance on record collecting!! ktf tfk

yep your probably right Nick-i seem to think i got the JP Rodgers off RD at VFTS at a later date ....so aint sure-but what ever it was i didna want to let go of it-so it must have been a long time wants....was the Sterling Harrison 12" on phono records? best tfk

Hi Simon, I think thats what Pete and myself were discussing [whats that 12" that i have stuck to my hand]....i seem to think one of 2 titles from that era????? zooming in on the photo probably Crosswinds -Fire[its getting hot] ???? which was still being played covered up????? or could have been Brothers by Choice ALA outing Girl i need you too????? .......but whatever it was it looks like i was hanging on to it for dear life???? bear in mind this was over 24 years ago so the attention to detail aint what it use to be..... tfk hey Simon get some more of ya old flyers n photos posted up -fascinating stuff ....
