  1. I have one.paid £120 not a minter tho
  2. I try to get the original company sleeve or thin brown paper ones they usually fit all cardboard outers, and the answer to why use to sleeves is extra protection! ahem
  3. hey moxey,pm'd you
  4. Hi Paul,I paid $110 with free postage from the states.(through a U.k. distributor). Not here to plug any dealer/site,we all do our homework to buy our vinyl at the most competitive prices don't we? Got to be a high 9 out of 10 for overall quality. The vinyl tracks are like all Arctic stuff, some you love some you don't,theres a few excellent uptempo northernesk ones there. I am dead pleased with my purchase
  5. Just had the Arctic box set from Frank Lipsius.....well cuffed its fantastic! Now! I'm in a quandary! The six never before released singles......... Do I play or leave in pristine condition? I can hear these tunes from the cd's within the box set can I not. Thoughts please, you wonderful people!
  6. fair price that, already have a copy tho

  11. Sad to say, most of the Northern fraternity want to dance to 'I'll Be Lovin You' not witness the original lead singer performing it live. I can honestly say that this was not the case in Bangor, where all John's performance went down equally as well. I felt so honoured to be part of the dj line up on the night and to meet John in person and appreciate his talent. John Elias
  12. Don't think my ears need a wash out all about dancing to me and this tune (Let's do it again) would be a bit of a b*gger IMHO,however Do it is more the biz IMHO again but what ho we all have different taste! but there's one thing that cannot be disputed is the man's brilliant voice
  13. thanks,i have a maroon and a blue,I think the b side is pants BTW
  14. I'M GONE ...... released on a maroon and a blue label, can anyone throw up any info please ?

  17. Hi Orotova, Good question! Been collecting since '99 and yes it is addictive and sometimes budgets do go out the window. A bit of self restraint is sometimes required (sulk sulk). You can work it to finance itself by grabbing bargains and selling when the demand is high and hence the price goes up. All in all great fun but you need to eat and buy dancing shoes don't ya
  18. RIP Gary,my condolences to his family, another too soon.
