News: Hermon Weems Obituary
Hi Dave Thats sad news. He was a great guy, used to work in Brad's shop from time to time. He painted a whole bunch of record boxes for his shop, they look so cool. He also did the artwork for a few of the early classic funky sleeves for Parliment/Funkadelic. Alround nice guy. Dave

Gloria Gaynor - "tell Me How"
Did get a bit of play back in the mid to late 80's on the modern and rare groove scenes. Lovely track that deserves to be played out more, always pick up the album when I see it, must have a few in stock, we tend to sell it at £10 and worth every penny for that track alone. Dave

Tommy Tate
'The school of life' just awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tommy Tate
Although he is able to hold conversation, it is a struggle for him. Chances of him being able to write are very limited, even being able to dictate to someone else I think would be a push. But I did speak to one of the carers at the home and the letters that he got from people here did lift his spirits. His family also are greatful to everyone that wrote. I still hope to get back to see him before the end of the year. The collection that was put together by Andy D is still safe and I will make sure that it gets directly to him and the family. I hoped to do it at the end of last year, but personal pressures stopped that. Dave

Sniping On Ebay
Have you put a link in the Ebay sales section on here, may get a few more watching. Also did you list your stuff on Ebay UK or U.S. Ebay U.S. gets a better response, but it is a bit of an arse setting up the auction page.

Temptations In The Studio
Looks like studio A at Motown, does anyone know who the lady playing bongos?
-
Tighten Up Instrumental Being Played ?
At a guess I would say it was Sam who played it and it would be the Bamboos, as he plays this version.

Somemore 4 The Weekend - Top Dog Records
No thats about what I value it at, so that it sells, and it has. Don't put things on here just to show off or squeeze the very last penny, as I've said before. Dave
