    Another awesome SOULcial event on Friday, seems ages since we were last here , as Mal says hour of motown to start classics & some rarer sounds & album tracks , always wanted to do this at Polish club & never got round to it , see you there

    Brilliant night for the Northern Soul connoisseurs, not many events like this now plenty of anthems mixed with the rarer sides . Danced 3 hours not need any cardio at the gym for couple of days . See you next month

    Finally paid for my ticket , thanks for holding it for me , motown music was & is an important part of me ,started the love of black music / soul music / northern soul , this is gonna be one hell of a day , probably won't be another day like it , baby everything is alright uptight outta sight yeah ! Two can have a party but the lucky two hundred gonna have a bigger one !

    We all know 7 days is too long when you want to be with someone , well it took 10 years for me to return what was I thinking ? I won't make that mistake again , be back next month defo , incredibly well organised , very very friendly people , amazing atmosphere, keep on keeping on !

    I can't put into words what I've just experienced, been thinking for a few hours how to try & say how I feel , totally & utterly blown away is best I can come up with ! Thank you to you all , the ones that made this event happen & the staff that kept it all together , your patience was awesome, although there were a few cheeks blown out by one or two bar staff , can't be easy having to serve a few thousand grand dads &, grand ma's! Good amount of young uns there too ,which many were brilliant dancers , that's it I'm done gonna take me rest of week to recover! Keep on living the life you love x

    Not sure about hold back the night m8 lol , although it was played at Palais alldayers Creepers & Hucknall welfare , not gonna hold back on having a SOULcial time though! See you in morning

    I arrived just after 3pm it was a bit quiet, not sure how this is gonna go , lot of peeps away , lot of events on , but the day slowly built to be a stormer , I say day but the tunes played at times, wow, just like being at a niter . Hats off to the dj's you made my legs ache again! Don't know how much longer I & us can carry on doing this ! Good practice tho for there's a bit of a do on up at Blackpool I'm now counting the days for . Very pleased for my mate Cathy on the amount raised so far for her charity. Dj's put up a few of the tunes you played I'll leave it to YOU .Now then wheres that ice pack my knees are giving me some jip ! Keep on giving it some x

    Can't wait for a another SOULcial event , had some great nights & memories here already, met some new friends, kept the friendship with old ones , Creepers was absolutely brilliant last Saturday expect similar on Friday. Be early if you want to grab a table as your launch pad for the dance floor x

    Simon says , if you're serious about northern soul , we'll I'm sitting here gone 1am this morning wishing I was at a niter , that's when you know something as got you by the gonads , when you've set out at early o'clock looking for that bloody hard to find venue tucked away on a industrial estate in Wakefield, or in the middle of Manchester, or on Oxford Street cor it's big init? That's what this place is its hard to find , it's a little bit of that underground hard core soulies crave , I get it now, its a lovely venue, & gosh the tunes played here were superb allrite , this is gonna go big time , give it a go next time so long as you don't want 'no body but me ' 'Time ' & ' little bit hurt ' you'll be fine here , me ? On my calendar already ,defo , still buzzing gotta get some zzzzz , out at 8amm for breakfast then to watch Notts County! Keep the SOULcial!
