  1. Easy to sell the big oldies. The other bits can be a pain but you can chance your luck on e.bay. If not sell the lot to a dealer and get the best price you can for your collection...good thing with dealers is they will pay by bank transfer and you have no fees, i-e....e.bay.....or put them on here! Lots of massive tunes selling at the minute on soul source...good luck matey......Rob

Would like to know more about Dean Anderson...where his journey started etc...I've heard him play at pure soul in Nuneaton and know he is friends with Gilly, Nicola (gillys other half), Rob Grey etc...seemed a great bloke and played a fab set...I find it really interesting reading about these folk..maybe a thread that would embarrass him I'm sure..thank you..Rob

  15. Last record shop I was in was Blackpool gotta be 10 years plus ago. Either up past the winter gardens (or tower?) past a church on the left and up there on the right!!..two doors..the first room albums the next 45,s...loads of soul singles and not in any order (roughly 200 per row)...owner fairly un interested but certainly new his stuff once immersed in conversation and didn't think you were a time waster....bought an album and a few singles and got a discount...one thing I remember I saw was that he had just bought part of the twisted wheel stage, the back of it from memory, and saw the original photos....great moment and won't forget it. Wife went mad, went for an hour, and two and a half hours later I arrived back...the all consuming world we live in...it's great.....kind regards...Rob p.s is the shop still there??
