Robert Thomas - Salvation starts at £200 now https://www.discogs.com/Robert-Thomas-Salvation-Soul-Of-A-Man/release/2120568 Prices have gone up. However if you have good taste and a bit of imagination you can get great records at affordable prices. Too many people are after the same few 'big' tunes so prices have inflated- like house prices in London, it's economics. If you want to know about cons look at how Reggae prices have increased. £3 records 15 years ago are £50 now- I wish I'd bought and stored a lot more to sell now and I'd be a millionaire. I bet you feel the same about Soul records. I'm glad I bought a load of records when they were still sensibly priced.
