From 4 until Late Ska, Reggae, Mod & Scooter Sounds, 9 DJ's including local lads Jonny Briggs, Nige Astles & Phil Card, We have Joe Tucker (Sheffield) who runs the annual Skegness MOD weekender playing MOD Anthems, Leek's (Skinhead) Mel Glover & Sheffield's Fatpiggymc playing Ska, Harry Morgan (West Midlands) will bring Reggae into the Room and Tracey & Kev Nolan will Double deck playing Reggae and what Tracey calls Jamaican Soul. Soul Friends, Just Three weeks on Sunday to this event. Room 3 (The Lounge), This room is dedicated to Rare, Under Played and probably Unusual Soul Music. The Soul Twins (Mopsey & Foxy) from Sheffield will kick things off at 2pm (get there early to get your seat) Anyone who listens to these two online will know that you are in for a treat. From 3 until 8pm The Mad House Crew will take centre Stage, Elvin Ironmonger and Friends will take us to "Back in the day" Elvin, Kev Nolan, Hutch and Tracey Redman Husbands will play tunes not heard for many a year. There will certainly be NO top 500 in this session. Elvin promises us a Session to remember. Paul Lightly will close this room (8 till 9pm). Paul Never disappoints when on the decks and we are sure that this will be no exception. Hi Soulies, The event is getting close, Ticket sales are now over 200 ... Have you got yours yet? We now have more information for the day. Doors will open at 12.45 and it has now been confirmed that DJ's in room ONE will operate from the main stage and not the DJ Box (Anyone who knows the Crozzy, This is the old set up). We will have four fans operating to keep you Dancers cool. There will be a Burger/Hot Dog catering van outside of the club for most of the Day. Hi Soulies, We will be coming to this venue for the first time on Friday. We will have tickets with us for the CHARITY ALL DAYER at the Crozzy Club in Crewe on Sunday August 13th. This event is in support of "Action Kidney Cancer". There will be 3 Rooms 1. Northern/Motown, 2. Ska/Reggae/Scooter Sounds & 3. Rare and Underplayed. Hi, Dave Mack is away on holiday and therefore not available to DJ at this event. We have attracted some very good DJ's in this room travelling from Sheffield, The West Midlands, Leek, Nottingham as well as local DJ's. Room 3 will offer something totally different, from 2pm until 9pm (Maybe later) Rare and underplayed Soul Music, some very good DJ's with some very Rare tunes! The Second Guest this Month is Ross Feeney who is also making his first visit to the Crozzy. Ross is travelling from Retford (Notts) and is Resident DJ at the Carlton in Lindrik venue (North Notts Night Owls) in Worksop. We have seen Ross many times and we are sure that he will go down well at the Crozzy.

This Month we welcome Miss Mel Glover from Leek as our Guest DJ. This will be Mel's first set at the Crozzy, Mel pleases the crowd and always fills the floor. The second guest is TBA and we hope to have further news soon

ROOM 3 Will be Rare & Underplayed Soul Music, Tunes vary rarely heard. The Music will, begin at 2pm with the Soul Twins Mopsey & Foxy from SHEFFIELD, Those of you who attend Macclesfield Soul Club will know exactly what Dean & Don will be playing . Then from 3 until 8 Elvin Ironmonger & Friends will be on the decks, All who went to the Manchester Soul festival at the Printworks or who listen to the "Mad House" sessions on line will know exactly what Elvin brings to the Party. Elvin will be joined by Kev Nolan (Manchester), Hutch (Rochdale) and Tracey Redman Husbands (Nottingham), all bringing their own take to this scene. Finishing in Room 3 from 8 until 9 will be Paul Lightly, We are sure Paul will play a lively set to close this room.

We can now add a further DJ to the Ska/Reggae/Scooter room. Mr Joe Tucker (Sheffield) has Kindly agreed to come play his take on the Mod scene.
