Written by the brilliant Sam Dees and being on one of the coolest collectable labels should also help it's cause BUT it's still to happen!!!!! b/w this brilliant goose bump inducing Deep Soul opus from 1975. Written once again by the master Sam Dees making this a double sider of EPIC proportions! Essential!!!!! £20 George & Gwen McCrae - Winners together or losers apart - Cat HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!! Classic sounding Modern Soul dancer from 1975 finally being played in the Northern & Modern rooms! £15 Hugh Boynton - We're gonna make it - Soul Po-Tion Potential MONSTER 70's Northern dancer. Known from the early Modern scene BUT this is so right for the Northern scene today! Killer track! Note - This is the 'Yellow label' official 2nd issue from the 80's! Similar to L. J. Reynolds' 'Key to the world' AND Al James' 'Give it up turn it loose'. Ex Richard Searling cover up from many moons ago - Get it bought and get it played!!!!!!!! First time ever on 45! Very nice to play out or to own on a Grapevine Issue! Surely a rarity of the future! £10 Dottie Pearson - Bring it over baby/A house made of love - Grapevine UK Unreleased 70's MONSTER! Total classic in every sense. b/w A stunning 70's dancer played in the Northern AND Modern rooms! Another unreleased MONSTER!!! Released in 2004, this must be Grapevine 2000's finest hour? First time ever on 45! Very nice to play out or to own on a Grapevine Issue! Surely a rarity of the future! What a double sider!! £10 Note - I have a VERY LIMITED number of Demo copies at £20!!!!! Tutu Jones - Can't leave your love alone/I've been loving you - Real Side UK Now here's one that might surprise a few of you! Two quality 90's dancers that snuck out through Real Side Records in 2005! This is a finger snapping retro dancer that was massive at Yarmouth at the time of it's US CD release in 1998. b/w Another this killer throwback dancer! Most people didn't even get this when it first came out on US CD in 1996. Great little 'secret sound' that's well worth a listen! £6 Larry Saunders - On the real side (Original 1974 Turbo version)/On the real side (Demo take from the All Platinum archives) - Real Side UK Probably in most people's Top 10 70's Northern tracks of all time! One of the records that broke the mould. Still in-demand after all these years! This is it's first official 45 release for over 30 years! b/w What a find! The original demo take from 1974 that gives an interesting and very different slant to the song! £10 Al Williams - Try Them - Grapevine UK The last release on Grapevine 2000! The legendary Al Williams on a previously unissued Detroit 60's Northern Soul monster dancer! First time ever on 45! Very nice to play out or to own on a Grapevine Demo! £20 Note - I have a small number of Issue copies at £10!!!!! Joe Valentine - I lost the only love I ever had - VAL Fabulous early 70's Crossover/Northern Soul dancer of the highest order! This is the legal lookalike second issue made in 2000! Actually the backing track to Mel Hueston's 'Searching' on Chez Vista (Thanks Tony!). Lovely copy! Great condition too!!! £15 Rocky Roberts - I won't think hard of you - Chess Late 60's mid tempo Crossover/Beat Ballad!!! Good vocals! £25 Lamont Dozier - Can't get off until the feeling stops - WB Pretty tough on a 45! Terrific little 70's mid tempo dancer from 1976. Well worth a spin or two? £15 Lamont Dozier - Shout about it - M & M Two in a row from the Master! This is a good solid dancer from 1981! £8 Michael Henderson - Take me I'm yours - Buddah Classic groover from 1978. Wonderful duet with Rena Scott. Sounds brill now! £8 Al Johnson - It's not too late - Marina Another great 70's dancer with a great hook line. Taken from his hard to find 'Peaceful' LP. £8 The Jones Girls - Nights over Egypt - Phil Int W/D Stone Classic! Sampled to death over the last few years. Lovely original White Demo! £8 South Shore Commission - We're on the right track/I'd rather switch than fight - Wand Another one heavily sampled over the years! 1975 Tom Moulton Mix! Magic stuff - classic dancer! b/w Another good 70's dancer making this a good double sider at a nice price too! £6 The Whatnauts - Help is on the way - Harlem Int Classic from 1981! Love the Bass line on this little baby! Another one sampled over the years!!! £8 Bobby Caldwell - Love won't wait/What you won't do for love - Clouds Dreamy 70's Modern Soul dancer from 1978. Written, Arranged & Produced by Sonny Craver, so I guess the 'The Phantom' is Sonny Craver? Nice little semi-known late 60's Crossover dancer!
