  1. Hi Barry It came out a couple of times on 12" in the 90's BUT i don't think either release should set you back more than a tenner? Apologies if i've missed summat tho! Great record btw Seem to remember that he is a.k.a. Little Charles (Decca, Red Sands etc) from the 60's/70's Cheers Steve
  2. Hi Steve Just replied to Jordi on this too! It's only 3:30 on Delite Cheers Steve
  3. Nice one Rich I wasn't really gonna mention that there's loads of quality cheap 45's on me site cos folks might have thought it a bit crass BUT someone else mentioning it is nice Totally agree about Frederick Knight!!!!!! Jordi - CHA on Delite is 3:30 Cheers Steve

If anyone has any of the things on my list i'll gladly swap other stuff or (heaven forbid) even pay for some of them Cheers Steve Cheers Steve

  12. That's the baby And again, demos are double sided of HYHAHL you need the issue for the great 70's dancer WAYSHTF Great innit record collecting Steve
  13. Hi Dave yeah, this is the story that Dave Halsall told us many years ago at Yarmouth! Imagine if it was as it originally should have been, that 45 would have been gold dust now (and it ain't too easy to find as it is!) Mr T - PLEASE make sure there's no mix up this time Cheers Steve
  14. Yes, I have this too - you're right it ain't seen too often. Their one release on Chess is a brill double sider too Great 70's dancer b/w soulful stepper Cheers Steve

  19. What about that other 45 on Coastal by Teah Louise who sounds remarkably like the lead vocalist on another related 45 by Tearra (Just loving you)???????????????????????????????????????????? Now that IS a top record imvho and seems to have been missed by most folks? Cheers Steve
  20. Where do you keep coming up with these great thread ideas Dave? Superb idea mate Love George Perkins too! Will have a think and post summat later Cheers Steve
  21. Great dancer Baz - Good call mate Cheers Steve
  22. Great track BUT the other side is a killer dancer too (Today or never)! The double sided demos of TIRS are fairly common but issues with TON are pretty tough to find! Cheers Steve
  23. Er it's had a few spins at The Orwell? You know that place where you go virtually every month I remember selling Sam a copy a couple of years ago at The Orwell (£25) and he played it in his set on the same night and said it was gonna be a future monster!!!! He gave it a couple of spins over a few months if memory serves but haven't heard him play it out for a while now! btw I don't think this is easy to find! I don't think it's a mega rarity either BUT young Mr Thorley hit the nail on the head with his succinct views on how this has happened loads of times on the scene! I reckon it's nowhere near as common as the other 70's things that have crossed over to the Northern scene (Ace Spectrum, Futures, Spinners etc). In the past i'd always sold it at £25 before it was known about on the Northern scene but supply and demand has pushed it up to circa £75 now, so time will tell whether this will rise or drop I guess? Pete Warner on the same label did pretty much the same thing and went from £25 to £150 in a very short period of time too! Cheers Steve
  24. Couple more added to original list
  25. Hi All Got a few PM's on this one - so going to reply to them all today Cheers Steve
