Quick update folks A friend of mine (John Baxter from The Wirral) spoke to Colin Dilnot at the weekend and brought up the Sandra Wright LP with him. Colin confirmed that he had never had it and to the best of his knowledge he believed it to be unreleased? So at least we now know it wasn't Colin who Ian sold it to and it also wasn't Colin who bought it from Expansion either! Still hoping someone comes up with a copy but at least we can strike Colin Dilnot from the equation :-) Hope this helps? Cheers Steve

I have sold it before Pete, think it was about a tenner ish, it is known but not by many i'd guess? A skippy disco soul dancer that doesn't do owt for me personally? I think it has a similar feel to Alma Faye 'I believed', although that doesn't do owt for me either ;-) I'm sure someone will like it and give it a good home? Hope this helps? Cheers Steve

Poor Ian's getting a friendly pounding but remember, we also had Dean Johnson telling us he sold an original Truth copy at Expansion Records in Manchester on the earlier 'wants thread' I posted his comments early on in the thread but as yet he hasn't visited us on here yet. Dean and Ian both have completely different stories but both allude to the existence of the album We need to get Dean back on here so he can take a friendly pounding too LOL I'm sure everyone on here wants this to be true but it would be great to see some proof i.e. a scan of the label etc Here's hoping Steve

Been waiting for Dean Johnson to cut and paste his comments from the wants thread on this subject. Can't wait any more, so here it is to help the thread along- Here's his post on it after I replied with a touch of excitement LOL (Dean of course worked at Expansion Records in Manchester at the time)- Gosh Mr. Plumb have a sit down, We're talking nearly thirty years ago and the only reason I remember is because I regretted not buying it myself. If I recall I put it up on the wall and I don't think it was there for more than an hour. No I don't remember who got it. Yes Ivor, proper sleeve and, I think, green Truth labels not white. As I say, only remember it as a missed opportunity...Perhaps I shouldn't have said anything. dean

I got a similar complaint on discogs Kegsy, so i mention it all the time now I agree that when you are buying from web sites, ebay etc where there is a scan of the actual item, it's not as important but when on discogs (where it is usually a generic photo) it needs mentioning (imho) Hope this helps?
