Hi Ezzie, great record....other side ain't too bad either if you like 'em early/jazzy. Did you know Lucky Millinder originally recorded this choon a decade earlier on Decca (in 1945) with Trevor Bacon on Vocals instead of Frankie Tucker. He also recorded an 'answer' to it with Rosetta Tharpe on vocal.....'I want a tall skinny papa' in '47ish.

Great choon first heard this 2 or 3 years back from Steve Johnston. If i remember rightly the flip aint too shabby either....a good cover of Johnny Nash's 'you got soul'
