Unfortunately everything at the Civic has been cancelled for the foreseeable future, ie. until the end of this year. 

The trademark pipe-end ceiling tiles are all down and there are literally dozens of support struts all over parts of the building, plus internal scaffolding. 

Will advise when it looks like reopening.

Hi everyone, 

Had some bad news over the weekend, which I could only confirm today. 

Unfortunately, we have become possibly the first N.Soul victim of this RAAC Concrete debacle with Shropshire Council cancelling all events at Whitchurch Civic until a full Structural Survey can be undertaken, in 2 - 3 weeks time. 

So our All-Nighter, this weekend, 16th September is  NOW OFF.

PS. Hopefully the 21st October All-Nighter at Whitchurch Civic won't be affected. Will keep everyone informed as things become clearer.

Another night of great music presented  over a great sound system to an appreciative audience in a superb, large venue with a superb sound system.

An all-star DJ line up featuring Ted Massey, Dave Evison, Rob Smith, Steve Glover and yours truly were spinning the original vinyl. Possibly the first time there's ever been an entirely 'Over 70s' DJ roster!

A little chilly on a very cold night but warmed up as the night progressed. Also affected a little by the World Cup Football quarter finals and very last "Out Of Time" Mod/Soul event in the City Centre, which some had tickets for.
