First hour made me rush outside to finish the very interesting book I was reading.
But nice to hear Richards dulcet tones on radio once again
There was a football match to watch {so Mrs Shrews told me} so I missed the 2nd hour.
How was it?
Can we listen "on demand"?
Cheers Paul
Well my QCA press has a strikingly clear text.
Also the sound quality is so good it fairly jumps out of the speakers ("I Loved You Girl") side anyway. To be honest I"ve not played the other side for a good while
Soooooo.........???
Cheers Paul

You can find plenty of deep soul/ballad 45s here in Holland with the artists/song title erased or covered by marker pen so I guess the Surinamer/Dutch deep soul scene covered up stuff back in the 70s.

Didn"t we work out on here some time ago that the pink ones came first and then the multi coloured ?
Cheers Paul (who dumped his pink one BITD after seeing a multi coloured and thinkilng he had a boot)
Yep just found one(vol1)on UK Edsel reviewed in Ãn The Basement" mag 15 from 1999
Tracks on that one taken from 73-77 though not featuring his northern tracks.
Not sure whats on vol 2.
