Yes I was goihg to mention that one, if that was the record the thread starter was on about. Another mix on the flip of the Inferno one also by the re-mixer master Tom Moulton. Those mixes were done back in the 70s. Cheers Paul

So pleased I held on to my original copy of this
Thanks Paul. I am not sure of its source but it does look to be a re-issue. I seem to recall that I have seen some information surrounding these re-issues. When I find it I will post here. Thanks Roger I was afraid it wasn"t the real deal. Had it in my "Hmmm not sure " box for a few years but read recently that yellows were real and pinks were boots. This brought my hopes up for a while but after following this good thread my hopes are dashed. Its heading for the bin ! Cheers Paul

Thanks for that, but I read in Mr Manships book that the re-issue was pink. Mine is not pink more off/dirty white. I will try to find it and check the numbers and maybe post a pic Cheers Paul

Alfie Davison - Love Is a Serious Business.
Also I remember the first copies Soul Bowl sold of the 45 all jumped about 3/4 way in. Don"t think anyone sent em back as you couldn"t get it anywhere else at the time. Think they were a couple of quid each. Cheers Paul

Alfie Davison - Love Is a Serious Business.
Only one. very rare 12 inch version. The one that Soul Sam used to play. Think you have the releases covered in your original post although I have a nagging thought that there maybe a release on an anniversary freebie 45 from some club or another. I could well be wrong tho. Cheers Paul

Full Speed on Real Thing re-issued or booted Q?
Looks dodgy to me Timmy. No music publisher name (Tunetime Music Inc BMI) as is on the styrene originals. I smell a rat ! Why it would be bootlegged I have no idea Cheers Paul

Summer in the parks
Think The Soul Searchers came first but will have to check that. The Soul Searchers later became Chuck Brown and the Soul Searchers with much "Go Go " fame of course Cheers Paul
