Can anybody advise please . . . I have sold a record on Ebay. I sent an invoice via the site in the normal way. It seems though, that the buyer can not pay for the item via Paypal, because he is in the Netherlands, and my sale settings were postage to Uk only. I have no reason to doubt his word, but don't know how to get round this problem. He's welcome to purchase the record as far as I'm concerned. Any ideas gratefully accepted. Graham

I've never been much of a buyer or a seller, so my opinion might stand for nothing. But surely it's a simple supply and demand thing. There can't be that many people on this earth who a) want to own vinyl records and b) want to own old obsure soul records. Ok, I know they still sell, but percentages wise, demand can't be high.

Or some clever way of dodging music licensing laws.
