Its so hard to choose 5. either cheap 45s or more expensive 45s they still in your wants list. theres 1000s of great 45s out there. may 2007 be another great and soulful year for me and yourselves. here is some 45s i picked up 2006. I KNOW CONNIE VAN DYKE RECORDED THIS AND CAME OUT ON WHEELSVILLE-112 BUT I PICKED UP ANOTHER VERSION BY "DEBRA HEALY& THE MAGICTONES ON CHRYSLER 701, THIS IS A GREAT VERSION BUT A BIT MORE MELLOW THAN CONNIES, ANY INFO ON THIS WOULD BE GREAT.

Hi Yes peoples is good place... but condition of 45s is not that good, almost all the shop dealers have john manships price book but they do not understand that the price guide is for mint 45s, almost on most 45s on the sleeves too it will state manships price and then theres, this really got to me when i was there in october and i tried to explain about the prices in the book to there knackerd 45s, although you can still pick bargins up if you look. when are you in detroit i return there early feb maybe same time we could meet up.

yes great dvd got one of these from frances a few weeks ago when in detroit, met up with frances a few times all i can say a wonderful lady. the dvd covers mostly of frances life in the music industry some great footage from "footsteps following me" and of course frances talks about motown and her single "keep on loving me" and she also talks about her film project. all in all great dvd

I WON A 45 FROM THIS SELLER, PAID FOR ITEM BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE 45. EMAILED HIM A FEW TIMES AT FIRST NO REPLY, THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN HE ANSWERS SAYING THE 45 WAS SHIPPED OUT. THAT HAS BEEN MONTHS AGO AND STILL NO SIGN OF THE 45. I DO KNOW THINGS GET LOST IN THE POST. THATS THE TROUBLE IF THE SELLER HAS SENT ITEM IVE LEARNT TO INSURE THE BIGGER PRICE ITEMS JUST IN CASE THEY DONT SEND OR THE ITEM DOES GET LOST THAT WAY I CAN PUT A CLAIM IN AND GET MY FEES BACK. WHAT THEY DONT REALIZE THAT WHAT JOHN PRICES THE 45s ARE 100% MINT UNLESS STATED, THEN YOU ASK THE SELLER WHATS THE LOWEST HE WILL TAKE HE THEN TAKES ABOUT A 3RD FROM JOHNS PRICE-- THAT POINT YOU MUST LISTEN TO THE 45RPM YOU HEAR NOTHING BUT CRACKLE AND POPS YOU TRY AND EXPLAIN THAT MR MANSHIPS PRICES ARE FOR MINT 45s AND THE 45 THEY ARE SELLING ARE NO WHERE NEAR JOHNS PRICES.

Just a quick story about this. first of all i never heard of this track, early on in the month i was in detroit, to cut a long story short this 45 was passed around from one to the other and nearly ended up in the bin, i stated you throwing that away- the reply was yes any good to you, even though i did not know this i said yes. now on my return back home and unpacking the 45s i came back with i was there cleaning them all up and playing them on my turntable i then came across this rufus wonder 45 and for some strange reason i decided to put this with a pile of other 45s and not been to fussed to listen and clean. but only this week i was sorting some 45s to sell and then came across again i then decided to give it a spin-- WHAT AWESOME SOUND all i could think of was the great escape " that bin in detroit" and no guessing where it is now - in my dj box.
