Hi If the tracking system is saying in process then there is a possibility that the parcel has been returned to the sorting office. Ask the guy to check at his sorting office as this happened to me once when a buyer said no delivery it had been returned because no signature available. As an aside I am tracking an expensive item from Portugal and the bloody thing has been posted but is still in the depot in Portugal for 4 days now.
