I had never heard of the K of S so when i heard Chris Anderton had scored a big hit in the states 9 copies i think and sold them for £1500 each i thought i must get a sound clip of someone and Chalky came up with it. Is it just me or did someone make a mistake and add the 2 noughts at the end, i cant for the life of me see why there is all the hype

It was the one i had that John was selling and it was later than 1984 it is hand written in biro and there is no proper Artic labels(cant even remember if it was single sided) it looks a bit dodgey. Three is a Billy Floyd of the same make up when i compared my Billy Floyd with Andy Spencers hand written one the run out groove markings were the same.heres a sound file of a tape i did before i sold it. Think the Drifters did a more up tempo version which i could do with a sound file of 01_Kenny_Gamble_Chains_of_Love.mp3

Dave Thorley had it on his selling up list years ago for £300 it did not sell and Soul bowl who he originally had it from got it back as far as i know perhaps dave can confirm. same list had the Combinations Kimtone £175 and the Classics Yang £300 Erenst moseley£30 Moments deep £100 ted
