The Admirations-Dont Leave Me-Reissue Or Not?
Got 8 copies of "don't leave me" as it's fantastic, and yes there are different texts as PeteS said, also "Wait till etc" was relaesed on yellow as well as multicoloured (again got several copies as its so good). To me sounds more Detroit than Detroit. Regards

Loughborough Town Hall All-Nighter Late 70's
Seem to recall Sam playing the Jewels on an emidisc, as he didn't like the record but knew the dancers loved it. Remember him also playing Bobby Goldsboro - Too Many People (was big at the time as too were his others, eg - Its too Late). Regards
-
Eddie Parker On Manships Site
Used to get plays at Loughborough Town Hall around the same time, in the upstairs room where they played the rarer stuff. Regards

Eddie Parker On Manships Site
My take on it is THIS record may as well not exist because with the condition and price it is commanding, I cannot imagine it will see any turntable action and will just be a trophy piece (although I could be wrong and apologies if I am). As said above (# 50) I agree whole heartily, although I too would like the record, I'll settle for the boot for my own pleasure and the original to dance to at someone else's expense. Regards TOTP

Bobby Guitar Wood 'found'
Rock'n'Roll!!! If only Rock'n'Roll was as good Regards

Bobby Guitar Wood 'found'
Weren't it played around the same time as Whisky Talkin? Sold my first copy to Eric Phillips some years ago, soon replaced it though. The boot was a light green colour I think. Regards
