    August see's the start of Coppenhall Soul Club, STILL £3.00 OTD, With some great guest DJs TBC. Fantastic LARGE sprung dance floor and plenty of seating, reasonable bar tax and great music. What more could a boy want !!!!! See yer there Nige.

    So sad to hear of the loss of, as Kev discribed "A True Legend". Many happy memories and times with this guy, I always said to Keith that he should have been where Kev Roberts was and the reason he wasn;t was - too many Slow horses, fast women and that "One more record". I will always be grateful to him for giving my son Ben, his "break" at DJing when Keith promoted the George. RIP my old friend Nige - Tina & Ben.

    Such a sad loss, knew him well and have done for many years, a regular at a lot of venues up and down the country and will be very sadly missed. I for one will be raising a glass in memory of this popular guy - a true gent !!!! Nige & Tina

    Had one or two taken my self in the past, nothing worse than F**kers on stage mitherin about F**k-all, I now tell em to piss-off. It sounds a bit blunt, but cheaper than replacing records because someones has sticky fingers.

    Many thanks to all that supported us on Friday night making it another successful event, also thanks to our guest for the evening Carol Beggs who played a blinder of a set, not forgetting the residents Gerrard, Dennis and Kev, all of who kept the floor busy. Numbers are definately up at this strengthening club and we look forward to seeing them increase even more in the coming months.!!!!! Next month we have a change of night due to a prior booking by the club, so March's event will be held on Saturday the 21st, where we welcome Mr Rob Yates from Newtons Got Soul as our guest for the night, supported by residents Kev - Dennis - and Nige.
