  1. Andy the last one was February 2009 if I remember correctly mate. Can't believe that it was 12 years ago
  2. Another picture of me, this time spinning a few tunes
  3. . Think it was the DJ groupies that had got to me mate and I was taken unaware by the photograph before I could gather my composure and dress accordingly
  4. Andy. Looks like a few dick head off road bike tracks there too mate . Not looking good for the grass though mate. Its the same around Elton reservoir one part of the path is almost knee deep in mud plus the lazy dirty bastard dog owners leaving dog crap or throwing the little black bags into the bushes is a down point.
  5. . You will give people the wrong impression of me Looking like I'm guilty until proven innocent according to you lot.
  6. Here's the picture Steve ( Woodbutcher ) is on about. How young do I look and innocent
  7. . It was only shandy mate
  8. Not sure if this is the correct forum for this. Mods please move to appropriate one if needed
  9. Chuffed to bits today after managing to photograph a Siskin in the garden. Only the second time in 18 years of living here that i,ve seen one in the garden
  10. Chris. You and I both know that John gets prices far more than the REAL value of the records for whatever reason that is. and no one on here will convince me otherwise fortunately the majority of soulies know this and sell and buy at reasonable prices. There's always the odd one that will try it on as can be seen on here occasionally, records for sale week in and week out that are more than double the real world prices . I can't see anything on this list that is actually a rare record worthy of a auction but someone with more money than sense has.
  11. Wade Flemons must be the most overpriced and over rated record ever Skill snaps finally starting to come back down to earth on its price. still needs another £100 off it though Ruben Howell. How much. Love the Arabians but not sure its worth the end price would have thought £300 - £400 All my humble opinion of course but hey what do I know Ste
  12. Thanks for posting as always.

  14. First post from me for this year,s 2021 thread Female Woodpecker portrait and a Lesser Redpoll
  15. Just been re visiting this thread. No one has mentioned the August Bank Holiday nighter when we used to queue up as the strange and wonderful attendees of the Manchester pride weekend would go walking passed with some of the most amazing costumes and make up that has been seen. Occasionally one or two of them would join us at the ritz , really was surreal to see a 6ft guy dancing with perfect make up that would put super models to shame. Mad times
  16. Whats the rush over it going to be a month for postage. You can't go anywhere to play it out. Some great US sellers with good gradings . Just the same as here in the UK.
  17. Great record. R.I.P Ed. Thanks for the memories
  18. I don't know I'm not a fb user. It was Billywhizz who posted the information. Good luck
  19. Billy. 5 issues on discogs from £3.29 in the States to £29.99 UK seller. Why are the UK sellers always more expensive ?
  20. Wow. Thats very cheap. Wish I was on Facebook need to get another demo.
  21. Default a tough one especially if in decent enough condition, never been that many come up for sale over the years. I've Certainly never owned it. Think the 3 to 5 year's post Wigan was the time to get your hands on a lot of the bigger tunes as people sold up to get married, buy houses etc
  22. Paul . Red label inferno boot was available at Wigan for £1 mate
  23. Hi mate. I actually stuck to my principals over liking records. For example. I was offered a Jeanette for £100 many years ago when it was £150 refused the offer. Hayes Cotton. Black wings , £1000 even though I didn't mind it I didn't like it that much so it stayed with the dealer How much now ? Same with cheaper ones, Compared to what. Keep on keeping on. just can't bring myself to do it. I do understand where you're coming from though.
  24. I'm so glad that we all like different styles otherwise it would be boring I've never disrespected anyone's taste in music either unless it's just taking the Pee. Which i do occasionally. it still doesn't justify to me and never would, too buy records i don't like. I would never buy a record to sell on for a profit either but hey thats only my principles.
