    That looks more like the beers I remember mate, was made on a little industrial estate near Runcorn train station , must be the same company. One was called northern dancer or something like that.

    Richard. I've managed to read the first two chapters and actually put it down, that was harder than I ever thought it would be. What a privilege and honour it must be for you to not only meet our heroes but to call some of them friends . Wow thanks again PS. That Rich and Cat will get anywhere only joking before someone gets upset they are good friends.

    Paul. Thanks for sharing this. The original production at the Contact theatre was so special and it was a privilege to be able to see the play. Like a lot of people it was the soundtrack of my life. Thanks again Steve

    I managed to get a copy of that Philadephia book many years ago for a mate's 40th birthday present. He was and still is a massive philly lover and I've never seen another copy.

    I couldn't remember where I had seen them Russell, just that I had, thought it was in this thread but obviously not and that is only adding fuel to Mr Pitt,s theory about age.

    Kingfisher ( Female ) Ive finally managed to get the elusive female picture that i,ve been trying to get for years and it was sat in glorious sunshine making it seem like it was glowing. For anyone who wants to tell them apart the Male has a completely black beak where as the Female has a orange lower mandible

    I only see them in the winter Andy. I was chuffed with the female picture that i posted recently but the male was very elusive then i think there was two about today but all the birds Goldfinch, Greenfinch, Bullfinch, Willow Tit, Blue and Great tits among others where so wary. A Sparrowhawk went through three times while i was there scattering everything so they would,nt settle mate
