  15. I commend you on coming out for want of a better word. As much as i regret selling up a few years ago , there's no way on this earth I would pay the prices these days to replace some of the most cherished records I sold , as much as it sometimes hurts especially when I'm playing out and certain tunes get played. I can afford it but principles of buying stuff for a few quid then having to pay four figures to replace them . No sorry but good luck to anyone that goes down that path for whatever reason. I'm now buying stuff that I never owned for whatever reason but not paying more than a few 100 . Which is a lot of money for some people which I understand and totally get . Buy what you can afford but most of all Buy for the love of the record Ste

  24. Couple from todays early start at Leighton Moss, got there at 07.10 after a 1 hour 15 min drive. Real joy to watch a Female Otter and her 2 almost full grown youngsters for 90 mins through the binoculars. To far away for pictures even with my set up plus the light was awful and misty first thing so didnt even attempt it. The only pictures a managed where at lunch time in the still murky light of , I,m guessing a Curlew but could be a Whimbrel it was a long way out on the salt marsh and they both have downward curved beaks and the same plumage so i,m not really sure and a now quite familiar sight of a over wintering Chiffchaff searching for insects among the berries
  25. Thank you for posting as always Gwen Owens. Always wanted one from the very first time I heard it. Station road anthem, always been way to expensive even way back in the black and white days of the 70,s Wouldn't have been surprised if it had gone £8000. Love it. Ruben Howell. Carl Carlton. Love both versions but surely only £100 for Ruben . Carl Carlton from £40/ £50 probably leaning towards Ruben,s version as it was the first one I heard . But hey what do I know. Ste
