Following last months appolgy, this months is even better. Last nights do had to be abandoned following the petrol bombing of a car in the car park..................... It wasnt a desperate attempt to get our guest DJ Paul Johnson off the stage,Honest, He plays to many good tunes for that . As a consequence we will not be holding any more soul nights at Leigh Centurions rugby club, Thanks to those people who turned up for the two nights that we run. Steve

As a joint promoter of leigh rugby league club soul nites. 1st one last nite. I feel i need to say sorry to DJ,s. Soulville Andy, Kev Spittle, Sid Jones. And a few close friends who know who they are, regarding the totally unacceptable behaviour of a so called fellow promoter, i use the name fellow promoter very loosely. I have offered my resignation to the other people involved because of what happened. Ive been going niters n soul nites for over 30 years hopefully gaining a bit of respect along the way. I cant allow myself to be part of something that showed probably the worst disrespect that i think i,ve ever seen. Once again apoligies to the above mentioned.
