    Webby. Where do you think of all these weird and wonderful things to post on here. Back on topic. I was sweet 16 and about 4months when i 1st entered on this wonderful journey that is the nighter scene. Dont know about sneaking in but i used to enjoy sneaking out to spend time away from all my mates with the girl who stole my heart My younger brother Jeff went to the Casino before me and he was only 14 at the time.     In full agreement Mark. Me n Al Kinsella used to spend all night in the record boxes then decide to have a dance which buy this time the music had ended and we had,nt even noticed Nowt new there then. Maxines in Wigan used to have nighters on at the same time and we would spend a few hours at the wheel searching thru sales boxes then shoot over to Wigan and start again Steve

    Too late I,m not joining in this thread or am i I,ve got very good friends who hardly play out anymore because most of the 2 room nighters have r n b as the 2nd room instead of modern. Why not have a open decks policy in the 2nd room so most peoples taste in music can be catered for. Promoters over to you. Steve

    75 thru to when it closed in 81. Why.............. because i was going Seriously would agree with Pete S n go with 77. Why because i think for the first few years Wigan never had its own identity ie playing ex Wheel n Torch tunes but from 75 on it had sorted its own tunes out and knew where it was going musically which from a personal point of view peaked in 77 maybe 78 but thats only my humble opinion which i,m sure loads of people will differ.
