Like to see all your dog pictures. Love the commitment that you can give to the creatures. My mum and dad used to have cocker spaniels and my brother Jeff had a working Springer spaniel, God that was as mad as a box of frog's. I personally haven't got the time to commit to a dog, which they definitely need. So I won't have one. Steve

Rest in peace. Salty. Another one taken far to soon. Steve

Glad to hear that your well. Weather conditions in and around here have been great basically all week. Don't care about yesterday, today, tomorrow and Tuesday. Because I'm Working. But I just ordered good weather for the rest of the week until I'm back in work next Sunday. Then it can do what it wants. Ha ha. The kids are all back in school. Peace and quite when I'm out and about with the camera. Steve

Good evening to you to my friend. Very well here thank you. Good yourself ? Don't like this time of year. Nights drawing in , dark when I get up at 5am. Looking on the bright side , it's only 6 months until my favourite time of the year. Spring. Me the eternal optimist. Steve

Sunset about 10 minutes ago in my North Manchester back garden. Just love the way the trees pale into insignificance against the massive sky and the dramatic colour in the other picture. Nature is a special thing Steve

sorry but never in a million years is it a £100 record. Would have said £30 to £40 is a realistic price Steve

Last couple of pictures from Ingleton . the river,s Twiss and Doe meet in the village to form the river Greta which in itself is a tributary of the river Lune which flows into Morecambe bay at Lancaster. Steve

This last picture was taken in total darkness with no flash photography allowed. The blue colour on the stalactites is a naturally occurring phenomen that is extremely rarely anywhere in the world and it was worth the journey just to see this. Steve

The sound of this waterfall deep underground was simply amazing, the power of the water had to be seen. Infact the caves only reopened yesterday at 11.30 am after being closed for two days due to flooding following torrential rain in this part of the country. The power of the water ripped up the entrance steps which when you think some of the steps are 4x2 York stone . you can imagine.

Good evening my friend . All is well thank you . Hope you're fine and dandy. Easy to tell them apart. Swallows have a very long forked tail. Martin's are slightly smaller with a small v shape tail and are either blue and white, house Martin's or brown and white sand Martin,s. Swifts don't belong to the hirundine family but are similar. Much larger than all the others and brown all over, they have a very long scythe like wing shape. Hope this helps you Steve
