A Peregrine Falcon in full hunting flight. It was bloody hard trying to focus and track it against the cliff face and at the speed it was flying. Steve

Sorry but Sue Lynn is a great record that's so evocative of Wigan Casino. I've had two copies and wish I had another. Steve

What a great record. Thanks for posting this. Can't believe that I have forgotten about it. Loved it at the Casino and then years later when the late great Keith Brady ( R.I.P ) reactivated it at Morecambe,s Carleton club nighters. Steve

Dave. It is as you know stunning to see it at it's best. When you phone the NT bodnant garden phone number they give advice and updates how and when to see the laburnum arch at it's best. One of the perks of working 4 on 4 off is that I get chance and time to see these stunning displays. Dave If it's that long since you visited you wouldn't recognise the place they have opened up many more acres to the public Steve

Taken today at Bodnant Gardens. The first picture is taken looking from above the laburnum arch. You wouldn't believe the view in the 2nd and 3rd pictures is the same view from below. Looking left and right. Steve

Fantastic Suz. Keep them coming. I have said in the past and I will no doubt say it again but you live in a truly stunning place. Sure beats city living Steve

Baz. That'll be eagle owls that the rspb don't recognise as British breeding birds . They say that they're escaped captive birds or that have flown over from the Netherlands. I'm a member of the rspb but they talk crap at times . Everyone else knows the truth. Only ever seen them in captivity myself. Bet it was amazing to see Steve

Never been mate. Bit nearer home for you too. Possibly Peregrine Falcons, Ring Ouzel etc. Will be extremely jealous mate if you get Ring Ouzel picture Steve

Fairburn Ings RSPB reserve near Leeds is good . Plenty of birds that are used to people, great for practising on. Steve

Chalky. Me and Lou spent the day over on the Wirral. Ness gardens then called into Burton mere RSPB reserve where the little grebe picture's where taken. Probably half the pictures that I have ever posted on here over the years are from Burton mere. Steve
