    Treated myself to a new manfrotto tripod. Here it is supporting the big white (without the camouflage) ready for anything . If you have ever wondered how some of us get some of the pictures we do. Lenses like this are the main reason plus field craft, patience and been in the right place at the right time . Steve

    The death of Aretha never affected me like the death of Levi Stubbs did. I genuinely shed a tear when Levi died. I was gutted. Steve

    Tony Petherbridge ( R.I.P) Nice guy . I first started going to Whitchurch dayers in the late 70,s ,then the nighters . Great times at a great venue. Then there was also the Raven soul nights which nowadays would be classed as rare soul nights because of the music policy. I occasionally get to the old civic when they have the odd nighter. Ste
