  1. Just finished reading the book. interesting things about some of the records but the best part for me was the last chapter from soulies sharing their memories from the Casino. Hope the follow up book is more focused on that side of the Casino. Overall I think it's a book similar to the top 500 only from Richard,s personal record plays and discoveries point of view. Overall I think it's a good book Steve

  3. The latest price I could find was £350. Steve
  4. Vaguely remember the record getting played by a certain DJ on a local radio stations soul show and half way through the record you could plainly here Richards voice which is common place to do on such rare records to stop the bootleggers. The said DJ had simply recorded Richards show and played the track on live radio. Without editing. He was asked to leave and not return Steve
  5. Vietnam specific but relevant to all war's Steve

  14. I was once offered a Al Williams £1000 cheaper than the going rate because of the condition. Turned it down, it looked like it had been a frisbee on the M6 for 6 months but surprisingly played very good, as much as I wanted to, I just couldn't do it. Steve

  22. Mal. Love the sunset colours and the reflection on the car. Brilliant Mal the more I look at this scene the better it becomes. I personally would enter it into as many competitions as possible. It's better than plenty of published material. That's how good I think it is mate Steve
