Actually landed 41 carp today upto about 10lb, it was rather hot sat in the sun all day with no shade. , still 30'C at 5.30pm when I was driving home from Chester PS. At the end of the video clip you can see another carp down to the right hand side waiting to be caught . In the last video clip I managed to catch a Carp about 4lb Swim ended up like a jacuzzi, had to stop feeding so they would settle down VID_61180311_033101_484.mp4 20210908_141301.mp4

  9. Few from up on the moors above Crowden near Buxton ( this is actually the 2nd day of the pennine way when starting from Buxton ) this morning in the haze before the sun burnt it off. It was 12 months ago today that I was up there watching the Bearded Vulture, Hoping to see some of the local breeding Ring Ouzel before they migrate to sunnier climes but it wasn't to be, still plenty of Rowan berries on the trees so hopefully the Ouzel are still up on the tops yet and haven't started their migration which seems quite possible due to the numbers of berries. Hopefully will go back next week

  17. Thank you for posting as always my friend. . Don't see one record that's worthy of Auction all every day run of the mill records in my humble opinion, but hey what do I know. Johnny Gilliam. Long time no hear but surely not at that price. Sold my Sonny Boy Williamson for £40 more than that 12 years ago . Well past its sell by date as is most R n B type stuff these days.

  24. It was with great sadness that last night I learned of the passing away of a old friend. Tony Foden. His knowledge and taste in music was fantastic with a great sense of fun and mischief ,originally from Wythenshawe but moved down to Colwyn Bay about 10 years ago after his Mum passed away. Today the world is a much sadder and darker place without your smile my friend. Until we meet again. Goodnight and God bless. Sleep well Tony and rest in soulful peace. Lots of Love Steve n lou. XX X
