  1. In my opinion every one of those tunes is brilliant!
  2. Mine are coming, I promise!
  3. Ken The cost of the licence is £245.00, you must not have a criminal record or any adverse financial history. To get the licence (SIA Door Supervisor Licence) you have to undergo a 4 day course that includes 2 days on conflict management. This course costs in the region of £200.00 and is widely available. If you need any more information please feel free to contact me. TT
  4. No, surely not Mark? It's brill, I was ecstatic when I bought my copy from Ian Clark in the late 80's at Peterborough. I think it was the princely sum of £25. I remember hearing Roscoe Shelton-You're The Dream and Benny C. Oliver-Make It Now for the first time on the same night. TT
  5. Guys, please bear with me on this swap. I will get them done and out as soon as I can. I have some pretty serious problems in my life at the moment as you will be able to see if you read my post in the Freebasing section.
  6. I am aware of somebody who got a copy off ebay fairly cheaply. It was listed as a rock record.
  7. Unusually for me I lost count on this swap. Did we get all of the discs promised? TT
  8. Definitely covered up as The Fiestas
  9. I think that the Essence Of Love is a cracker - called 'I Want To Share My Love With You'. Been looking for it for over 20 years.
  10. All posted out.
  11. At last! Mine is finished and will be posted out today. Sorry for the delay. TT
  12. I'm sure that Gasoline Powered Clock-Forest Fire On Main Street was played as Baltimore & Ohio-Running Away.
  13. I'll play
  14. Please bear with me all, I've dragged my feet on this swap. Hopefully those who've swapped with me before know that I won't fail to keep my side of the deal. Should send out CDs next week. Sorry for delay. TT
  15. Are we going to see it included on the next instalment of Northern Soul's Classiest Rarities Ady?
  16. Even comps with a few tracks would do
  17. A friend of mine is currently in the USA for a couple of months and has offered to bring back CDs that are hard or expensive to get and post back to UK. Can anybody recommend some good titles please. Thanks TT
  18. Neil Rushton certainly referred to the unissued Jean Wells original version on the sleeve notes of the Inferno Out On The Floor Tonight LP
  19. Thanks Ian. Have looked and had all the details
  20. Brill, thanks
  21. Ian Do you have more details of those Backbeats CDs? Track lists perhaps?
  22. I understand where you're coming from guys. If anybody who didn't 'play nice' last time signs up I won't be sending a CD until theirs is firmly in my grasp!
