    Very sad news Carl,the end of an era. Kingsway Hall will always be remembered as a dancers venue. Run and led by two legends, Ian Gee and Carl Piper. The Soul Family will miss it all Bro,the haunting uptempo oldies bringing the best dancers from far and wide. Personally,i understand why Carl, always there for you mate. All the very best to Val and yourself and the Kingsway team for a great venue. Always loved to DJ at KWH, a great Honour. In memory of the great man Ian Gee. KTF,Ron.

    A big thanks to Nige,Tina and the team for allowing me to do my bit for St Lukes on the decks, alongside my mate Steve Connelly and the other DJ's. Got a bottle of wine for the raffle Nige,i'll hand it over at the door like John. I try to give folks the heads up on the tunes that I will be playing, especially for those that will be there from the off. They will be mainly uptempo oldies,classics,some Monsters. one or two forgotten and underplayed and one or two Motown big hitters. Looking forward to a great day with everyone,especially mates and friends,lets hope a grand amount will be on it's way to St Lukes at the end of the night. See you all there,Ron.

    Many thanks to Carl for inviting me back to spin the Kingsway decks again, a real Honour as always,i am really looking forward to it. Got some original monster uptempo oldies to hopefully please the dancers and a few big uptempo original oldies that folks may not have not heard for a while. It will be great to see Carl,Hugh and Gigsy again and have a catch-up and will be marvellous to see mates,friends and the Soul Family.     Fantastic night at the Northern Line. Great sets from all the DJ's,some superb tunes played during the night. Fantastic crowd in from all over the Country and full of top dancers, great to see mates,friends and everyone,together with some nice catch-up's.     The floor looks spot on Moz,can't wait to try it. BTW,danced to Mark Sharrock's set at Rochdale Masonic Hall,really good,he has got some nice tunes in his box.
