Yes Point Taken, but it is nice to se a Thread that sticks to the subject in question & not go all off course then know one know's what the Thread is about Sarcastic or not & no matter who starts it.... Back to Smoking @ Venues it really dosen't seem that long ago when you could smoke on Trains & Buses so who knows the No Smoking Venues could be hear sooner rather than later.... JB

Actualy it would be a good Idea for No Smoking venues as it would help me give up as Sue is always moaning @ me, But I cannot see it happening in the near future, But what will be will be Jon Buck

....When Mike was in Dublin they have a 100% No Smoking Ban, which wasn't that much hassle for him, was sort of like an outside Record Room if you know what he means Are there any UK venues that have this policy in effect ???? Jon Buck

Now small Record Shops are a thing of the past, In the area that I live West Herts there used to be loads of Record Shops within a 15 mile Radius F.L.Moores in Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Luton & Past & Present in Watford, Sadly most of them have gone but Past & Present is still around, Now in Hatfield Road North Watford WD24 4DB, They sell all the up to date CD releases @ competative prices, Now this shop has Piles & Piles of Vinyl 7" & 12" spanning the last 50 years or so, Years back Mick Boland used to work here & records like Panic & Tough Girl to name but a few came out of this shop & exposed to the Northern Scene, The best thing about this shop now is John who runs the shop has 2 Stereos out the back so you can play the things you don't know !!!! I wouldn't mind betting there are a few Gems hidden in this shop, There is a lot of stuff that is sorted but there are a lot that are misfiled, John is still buying in Collections & there are piles & piles in here, If you have the time this is the place 01923 352765
